Last updated: October 4, 2026
By downloading, installing, or using HoverSelect, you agree to these Terms of Use.
License
When you purchase HoverSelect, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal use. A personal HoverSelect license may be activated on up to 3 personal Macs, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Payment Processing
HoverSelect purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for transactions.
Payment, billing, applicable taxes, and refunds may be handled by Lemon Squeezy in accordance with its applicable terms and policies.
Restrictions
You may not:
- redistribute or resell HoverSelect
- share your license key with unrelated users
- attempt to bypass or disable license restrictions
- modify or distribute unauthorized copies of HoverSelect
Ownership
HoverSelect and its software, branding, design, and related materials remain the property of the developer. Purchasing HoverSelect grants you a license to use the software, not ownership of the software itself.
Software Availability
HoverSelect is provided on an "as available" basis. Features, compatibility, and system requirements may change over time as macOS and third-party applications are updated.
Updates
Updates may be provided from time to time. Some future major versions or additional products may require a separate purchase.
Third-Party Applications
HoverSelect relies in part on macOS Accessibility APIs and the accessibility information provided by other applications. Because third-party applications may change their accessibility implementation, HoverSelect cannot guarantee identical functionality in every application or version.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use HoverSelect. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important data.
Termination
Your license may be terminated if the software or license key is used in violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Korea, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
